Rob Graham

Managing Director

Rob has over 30 years of experience in education and business. He has a unique understanding of the education market through his direct involvement in recruitment and training as an international school principal and then as owner of an international school recruitment firm. 

His eight years as Managing Director of ETAS Group ensures a strong connection to the vocational education market and a close engagement with major clients. Rob holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Education from Edith Cowan University. 

Michael Kirkwood

GM Operations

Michael has over 30 years of Australian and international finance experience in a variety of industries including insurance, mining, gas exploration and commodity trading.

He left PETRONAS Energy Trading Ltd in London to join Schrole in 2015 and brings with him a wide range of financial and corporate governance knowledge.

Nick Allan

Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Nick Allan has had a 20 year career in corporate finance, accounting and information technology. After obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, Mr Allan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom with Coopers & Lybrand, and later worked with JP Morgan in their European M&A Division.  After returning to Australia Mr Allan worked with Deloitte and Ernst & Young in their Corporate Finance departments and with Patersons Securities.

He was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of an ASX-listed public company.  Since 2007 he has provided corporate advisory, general management and IT consulting services to a wide variety companies.

Peter Liddell

Group Marketing Manager

Peter’s breadth of experience in the marketing and communications industry is a valuable addition to the Schrole team. His career has spanned brand identity and repositioning projects; production of free-to-air television programmes, corporate videos and commercials; development of large scale web sites and intranets; and planning and implementation of traditional, digital and social media campaigns.

Most recently Peter headed the digital team at one of the country’s most prominent brand agencies, delivering internationally awarded campaigns in partnership with some of the industry’s most talented communicators.
